Privacy Policy

Overview

Your privacy matters. SpeechCoach AI is designed to be useful without being invasive. We collect the minimum data needed to make the app work and nothing more. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't build profiles on you.

Data We Collect

• ●Anonymous device identifier (used to associate your sessions with your device)
• ●Audio recordings (uploaded for transcription, stored in secure cloud database)
• ●Speech transcripts and analysis results (stored for session history)
• ●Usage analytics (onboarding completion, recording events, paywall events)
• ●Purchase and subscription data (managed by Apple/Google via RevenueCat)

Data We Don't Collect

• ✓Your name or email address (no account or login required)
• ✓Location data
• ✓Contacts or phone number
• ✓Browsing history
• ✓Advertising identifiers

Third-Party Services

• ●OpenAI — transcribes audio via Whisper API and analyzes speech (audio and transcript are processed via API; OpenAI does not retain your data per our API agreement)
• ●RevenueCat — manages subscription status (no personal data shared, uses anonymous app user ID)
• ●Convex — stores session history, transcripts, and analysis results (anonymous device ID only, no personally identifiable information)

Data Retention

Session history and transcripts are retained until you delete them. Audio sent to OpenAI for transcription is processed in real-time and not stored by OpenAI. If you delete the app, local data is removed immediately. Cloud-synced data can be deleted by contacting support@airalaunch.com.

Children's Privacy

SpeechCoach AI is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us at support@airalaunch.com and we will delete their data.

Your Rights

You can:

• Delete your data from within the app
• Request deletion of all cloud-synced data
• Export your data by contacting support
• Opt out at any time by deleting the app

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Continued use of SpeechCoach AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
